Setup and Options
QReserve will work with you and your selected payment processor to setup a merchant account and integrate it into your QReserve site. Once setup, you can access additional options from your Invoices page by selecting the Integration toolbar button and then going to the Set Up Account button next to your processor. The currency of your site must match the currency of your credit card processor.
Enable credit card payment collection on invoices by default
When this option is turned on, all new invoices will have the credit card payment option enabled by default. This option can be toggled on a per-invoice basis as well.
Email address(es) to send payment notifications
You can be notified every time a payment is processed by entering one or more comma separated email addresses into this field.
Skip email notification when payment is performed automatically via subscriptions
If you utilize the Subscriptions module in QReserve then there is a chance that you will process many invoices and automatic payments at once. In this case you can avoid a bombardment of payment notification emails for subscriptions as your subscription notification daily email can typically take the place of these notifications.
How Users Pay
If you send an invoice via email to a user or an email address then, when viewed online, that invoice will contain a link to pay online via credit card. Users who are also members of your site can view invoices when logged into QReserve and pay them via credit card directly from their dashboard.
Payment Responses
When a payment is processed it will either be approved or can fail for a wide variety of reasons. In each case, the full response of a payment attempt is recorded and can be viewed in the Payments card of any invoice.
Refunds
If supported, a refund button next to a payment can allow you to refund a credit card payment through the payment processor. QReserve allows you to enter the amount of the refund; however, the range of values that would be approved by your processor will depend on your specific processing agreement.
