Reservation status kiosks are a great way to display reservation information for your resources such as meeting rooms, pieces of equipment, or workspaces. All you need to get started is a tablet or computer with internet access and a web browser.  Very affordable android tablets are available for purchase around the world or you can ask us and we'd be happy to help outfit you with a solution designed for your facility.

Setting up your kiosk is a simple process.

Step 1

Enable the Reservation Status Kiosks in the 'Integrations' tab in the 'Administration' panel. A ‘Kiosks’ tab will appear under ‘Integrations’ in the side menu.

Step 2

Select 'Create a Kiosk' under the 'Kiosks' tab.

Step 3

Edit the kiosk's details:

  • Name
  • Theme
  • Attached resource

You can add one or many resources to a single kiosk, and choose whether or not to display a QR code for each resource. Visitors can scan the QR code displayed on the tablet to visit the resource’s calendar and make a reservation, as long as they have the necessary permissions. Select ‘Delete Kiosk’ in the top right corner of each box to remove that kiosk.

Step 4

Use a web browser on your tablet to load the kiosk URL and put that web browser into fullscreen mode.  We recommend also using a kiosk application or placing the tablet in an enclosed case to prevent users from interacting with the tablet.
